RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

MediaBook.tv is a software company and all our assets are non-refundable.  If your download has problems or the asset is not delivered with the same quality as described, please take images of the problem and send us an email explaining the problem to support@mediabook.tv and we will credit your account and fix the problem within 5-10 business days.

Contact support@mediabook.tv for any return or exchange involving an asset that is not delivered correctly.
